Terms of Use

Effective April 24, 2026
Plain-language site terms covering the most common needs for a pre-product company website. Not legal advice. Please email hello@mokiyo.com if anything here looks off.

1. Acceptance

By accessing www.mokiyo.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Mokiyo

Mokiyo (“Mokiyo,” “we,” “us”) is building a unified construction-management platform. The product is in development, and content on this Site describes our planned features, roadmap, and pilot program for 2026. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee that any specific feature will ship on the timeline shown, or at all.

3. Permitted use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You may view, print, and share the pages for non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

4. Intellectual property

The Mokiyo name, logo, copy, screenshots, and other Site content are owned by Mokiyo or its licensors. You receive no license to use Mokiyo trademarks except as expressly permitted in writing.

5. Forward-looking statements

The Site includes forward-looking statements about future product features, the 2026 roadmap, and our pilot program. Building software is inherently uncertain — actual outcomes may differ from what is described. You should not make business or investment decisions in reliance on forward-looking statements alone.

6. Not an offer of securities

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and the Site is not a prospectus. Any offer or sale of securities would be made only by means of separate offering materials and conducted in compliance with applicable securities laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mokiyo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mokiyo and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services (for example, LinkedIn or Web3Forms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top.
