2. About Mokiyo

Mokiyo (“Mokiyo,” “we,” “us”) is building a unified construction-management platform. The product is in development, and content on this Site describes our planned features, roadmap, and pilot program for 2026. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee that any specific feature will ship on the timeline shown, or at all.

3. Permitted use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You may view, print, and share the pages for non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site to attempt to interfere with or compromise the Site’s security or availability.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site.
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting us through the Site.

The Mokiyo name, logo, copy, screenshots, and other Site content are owned by Mokiyo or its licensors. You receive no license to use Mokiyo trademarks except as expressly permitted in writing.
